ONE DAY WORKSHOP OUTLINE A typical development programme is arranged in 4 key stages. STAGE 1 - DIAGNOSIS Once diagnosed we develop a bespoke programme for your people. STAGE 2 - PRE-COURSE ASSESSMENT Workshop delegates are asked to complete a short insightful evaluation piece. STAGE 3 - WORKSHOP Delegates attend a bespoke interactive workshop to develop & learn technical knowledge on the desired development need. STAGE 4 - THE STREET CHALLENGE Delegates are assigned a qualified Big Issue Vendor for their street challenge to put into action their learning's from the previous workshop. STAGE 5 - SHARED EXPERIENCE AND EMBEDDED LEARNING Delegates feedback learning's of the day are shared in a follow up workshop to embed & produce the desired behaviour change created by the learning. The experiential learning covers topics such as; Leadership power, Improved Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Sales Skills, Resilience Training, Assertive & Confidence Skills.
